Super Eagles goalkeeper, Stanley Nwabali has been thrown into grief following the passing of his mother, weeks after losing his father

Gistreel recalls that Stanley Nwabali suffered the loss of his father in 2024, shortly after Nigeria’s draw with Rwanda.

Stanley Nwabali took to X (formerly Twitter) to announce the passing of his mother.

Although the circumstances surrounding his mother’s death remain undisclosed, condolences have been pouring in from prominent figures and supportive colleagues.

Numerous users have taken to social media to offer their heartfelt sympathies and well-wishes to the bereaved goalkeeper.

His tweet reads,“Rip mom, worst year of my life already ”.
