Superstar Afrobeats singer David Adeleke professionally known as Davido has stated that he does not consider weed an illicit drug.

The singer made this remark during an interview on The Morning Hustle, where he also highlighted the impactful work of his foundation.

“These days, I don’t count weed as a drug,” Davido said. “I posted something, and a lot of people were like, ‘But you smoke weed.’ Many people are going through so much of recent. The dr¥g is taking over. So, I want to donate to the cause. We need to help them quickly.”

Known for his music and philanthropy, the 30BG frontman stressed the urgency of addressing substance ab¥se and providing support for young people who are affected.
