There were more than 104 competitors who gathered in Linares to seek tickets to the final championship to be held in the month of November in the city of eternal spring. Despite not being such a popular sporting discipline, the people of Linares enjoyed the tournament intensely.
Soledad Rojas Abraham, the coach of the Quasar Linares club, made an assessment of this sports festival that took place on the main court of Tucapel Bustamante Lastra: “we have had glowing comments, it was a very orderly tournament, the times were met and everything was within the margins. Happy for the participants who obtained tickets for the national one. Our credits were quite good with Bernardita Biava Rojas and Agustín Infante Pérez, in addition to other athletes who remain to be confirmed where we should review the scores. Personally, I am very satisfied and waiting for events of this level not only once a year but at least twice. We thank the authorities and the media who have supported us in the success of this stage.”

She was very calm, as is her style. We are talking about Bernardita Biava, one of the great exponents of Linares in the specialty of archery, in the compound modality, who said: “this stage was a complete success with the best athletes who arrived, in a very friendly atmosphere, with a competition high level that was held here in Linares, where the competitors also supported tourism and the city’s economy. Very happy because thanks to the presentation I made I will be in the national competition to be held in November, in my specialty compound bow. People were able to observe in action great exponents of archery such as Andrés Aguilar and Andrés Gallardo who went to the recent Olympic Games in Paris.”
