The Ukwa West Labour Party has mapped out strategies to bounce back and be a force to reckon with in the next general election.

This was disclosed yesterday during the formal inauguration ceremony of the Labour Party Ukwa West LGA and Ward Caretaker Committee held at Lenzor Hotel Ezedioma Asa Ukwa West LGA.

Speaking during the event the Labour Party State Chairman Dr Prince G.O Ndubueze urged the newly inaugurated party executives to work assiduously for the the party maintaining that the political party is indivisible in the State. He also encouraged the members of the Labour party to continue giving unflinching support to the party.

In her speech, Abia State Woman Leader of the Labour Party, Mrs Nkem Ibem Kalu advised the party members to be resolute and dedicated as the party is being positioned to bounce back. She reaffirmed that there is no division in Labour party as the party is united one accord.

Speaking on behalf of the newly inaugurated Ukwa West LGA and Ward Executives, the LG Caretaker Chairman, Hon Austin Ehiemere reaffirmed their committment to reposition and restore the party in Ukwa West.He further advised the party members to be steadfast with the party. He pledged their total willingness and readiness to work round the clock in making sure that the party remains unbeatable in ukwa west.
