Tongues wag over a luxurious apartment at Abuja, valued at N12 million for rent, alongside its additional fees.

The luxurious apartment, a fully-furnished one-bedroom, is located at the Presidential Villa, Asokoro, Abuja.

In addition to the N12 million rent, additional expenses include a N1 million caution fee, a N1 million service charge, and a N10,000 excursion fee.
