PHOTOS: Kano community celebrates independence with self-sponsored road project
Members of Rimin Kebe community of Ungogo local government area of Kano State celebrated Independence Day with a self-sponsored road project.
The project is being facilitated by the joint effort of the community members through the Rimin Kebe Elders Forum and Ali Babur Development Association.
According to them, it has been more than 20 years of request and promise for the road project to be executed by the government and concerned authorities but to no avail.
