Injury report Week 4 – Archysport

Weekly report of the most important injuries with Fantasy Football impact. The weekly injury report is very useful for Fantasy because it allows us to know the players who suffered an injury during the week, to know how serious it was and, most importantly, to be able to predict their availability for subsequent weeks.

Injuries are an issue that we must face, they happen every year and it is logical in a sport with so much contact. But don’t be discouraged by having injured players, that’s what the players you chose as substitutes are for and also the waivers, free agency and trades that will help you improve your team.

ANTHONY RICHARDSON (QB, COLTS)

In the second quarter of the game against the Steelers he left with a hip injury. Apparently he won’t miss a game, but if he doesn’t play in Week 5, Joe Flacco will be the Colts’ starting QB. The injury will have to be monitored.

CHRISTIAN WATSON (WR, PACKERS)

He was taken off the field in a cart due to an ankle injury (sprain). You are likely to waste some time. In his absence Jayden Reed, Romeo Doubs and Dontayvion Wicks will have more targets.

CORDARRELLE PATTERSON (RB, STEELERS)

He left with an ankle injury in the game against the Colts. Before leaving he recorded 6 carries for 43 yards, 2 receptions for 19 yards.

JONATHAN TAYLOR (RB, COLTS)

He left the game against the Steelers with an ankle injury (sprain). Apparently it is a slight sprain. Before leaving he finished with 21 carries for 88 yards and 1 TD. If he misses any time Trey Sermon will be the Colts’ RB1.

MALIK NABERS (WR, GIANTS)

He suffered a concussion during the game against the Cowboys on Thursday night. Before leaving he had 12 receptions for 115 yards. He will have to pass the concussion protocol to play in Week 5.

RASHEE RICE (WR, CHIEFS)

He was carted to the locker room with a knee injury in the matchup against the Chargers. Coach Andy Reid said things don’t look promising. He will undergo an MRI on Monday to find out the severity of the injury. In Rice’s absence, Xavier Worthy and Travis Kelce will have more volume in the Chiefs’ offense.

TAYSOM HILL (TE, SAINTS)

He suffered an abdominal injury in the game against the Falcons. Coach Dennis Allen commented that this injury is in a similar location to the chest injury from Week 3, but that it is a new problem, unrelated to the previous ailment. Before leaving he recorded 6 carries for 24 yards and 2 TDs.

TAYLER BADIE (RB, BRONCOS)

He was forced to leave the game against the Jets on a cart due to a back injury. There is speculation that he could be placed on IR. The injury will have to be monitored ahead of the Week 5 game.
