The viral Nigerian water hawker, Dr. H2O, has opened up in a recent interview on how he lost a whopping N15 million he received from Aquafina company in 2023 due to spiritual attack.

Dr. H2O became an internet sensation in early 2023 after a video of him passionately hawking Aquafina water went viral. His energy, marketing tactics, and unique approach to selling water on the streets of Lagos quickly won the hearts of many Nigerians and celebrities alike.

He caught the attention of Aquafina, a leading bottled water brand in Nigeria. Impressed by his charisma and business spirit, Aquafina set him up with complete business setup valued at N15 million in Onitsha, Anambra, his hometown.

The branded company presented him with fully stocked store filled with thousands of their product cases, a generator, a deep freezer, a tricycle truck, a cash reward, and more.

In the latest interview with content creator Mr Lilgaga, Dr. H2O revealed the unfortunate circumstances surrounding his loss. He explained that shortly after receiving the N15 million sponsorship from Aquafina, strange things started happening in his life and can’t even explain how the money disappeared in his account. He began experiencing severe health issues like a swollen leg that he can’t explain.

He attributed his downfall to this spiritual attack, which left him struggling to recover both personally and professionally.

In his words, “The stuff Aquafina got for me on social media was real. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work for me because I was attacked. The goods they got for me was about N8 million. I have a really big attack in a spiritual way to be honest. I am alive today because of God’s grace.”

“When I came into my shop, my leg started shaking. Then I bought drugs and pray about it. I can’t explain how N8 million disappeared in my shop. I am shocked, I think about it. I stopped buying goods May 26, 2024. The amount of business I do, I won’t see the money. Nobody stole my money.”
