EPL: Steve Nicol reveals major problem with Chelsea superstar

Liverpool legend, Steve Nicol has revealed the major problem with Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez.

Nicol believes the Argentine’s lack of mobility prevents him from performing at the highest level for the Blues.

Fernandez has found himself down the pecking order in manager Enzo Maresca’s choice of midfielders.

He joined Chelsea in January 2023 to from Benfica for a then-club record £107 million.

Speaking on ESPN, Nicol said about Fernandez: “The problem with Enzo is he doesn’t get around the field very well, certainly not what you should around the top end of the Premier League.”
