Deputy Speaker, Kalu Congratulates Ex-President Jonathan on 67th Birthday

Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu has paid a heartfelt tribute to former President Goodluck Jonathan on his 67th birthday.
